Built 1907-1920 by Václav Havel, grandfather of President Václav Havel, Lucerna is the classic Prague pasáž: a famous cinema, a dance hall, an Art Nouveau café, Lucerna Music Bar and David Černý's upside-down St Wenceslas riding a dead horse hanging in the arcade.
