The city-centre shop of Lello Ravagnan's bakery project, opened in 2022 after the LaBakery workshop won three loaves in Gambero Rosso's bread guide. It sells sourdough loaves, seeded bread and panfrutto, pizza in teglia in the morning and at lunch, and round pizza in the evening. Passione Gourmet ranked its Carnival frittella among the five best in the Venice area (9.5/10).
