A tiny bakery run by the same family for three generations, which Dissapore calls the only one still making bussolai by hand to the original recipe, with a 1920s-style machine to portion the small ones. Islanders buy here, and people come from all over Venice and the mainland to carry home packs.

Good to know
- Walk towards the church of San Martino; the lane on your right leads to the shop (Dissapore, 2016).
- At Easter the big ring-shaped bussola (about 500 g) comes iced with sugar; the rest of the year take the small rings and the esse, plus zaleti and pevarini (Touring Club Italiano).
- Opens at 07:15 every day (Google hours): go early, before the tour boats.
