A corner house on the canal, once a lace workshop, turned into a wine shop and then a restaurant by Giuseppe Ammendola, a Calabrian, and his Buranese wife Emilia, from a family of lace makers. The cooking joins lagoon fish with southern products: scampi in saor with Tropea onions and pine nuts, dentice mantecato with olive oil, risotto di go.
