Jutta Ambrositsch makes cult natural wines from small old Viennese vineyards (Gemischter Satz, Riesling, Grüner Veltliner), and her husband Marco Kalchbrenner cooks the cold buffet with spicy, creative plates such as tripe salad. It is a pure Buschenschank, now hosted in the former Rauscher Heuriger.
