Houjie cooks the street food of Rui'an, a county-level city in the Wenzhou area of Zhejiang: skewers, grilled meat, fish and vegetables, claypots and home-made pork and chive dumplings served on a red-hot iron plate. Chef Federico Rottigni named it to MilanoToday as one of the most authentic addresses in town.
