Opened in 1912 for the old Les Halles market and kept by the Petit family for three generations, now run by Alain Ducasse: brass, wood panelling, velvet banquettes and plates monogrammed "B". The card is the bistrot canon done perfectly: pâté en croûte, tête de veau ravigote, cassoulet, profiteroles and millefeuille.
