A side-street cocktail bar near Faidherbe-Chaligny from the Moonshiner team, named after a Bukowski poem: lava stone, coloured-glass wall lamps, a turquoise aquarium and Sinatra on the speakers. Head bartender Pasa Omerasevic has run the bar since it opened ten years ago, with a short seasonal menu and a strong line in gin.
