A wood-and-terracotta canteen near the Bourse opened in late 2024 by Victor Yasar, who is Kurdish ("leven" means lips in Kurdish), with chef Or Bitan (ex-Dalia, Miznon). Lavash is baked to order for the dürüms and meat and vegetables are charred over the grill.
