Opened in December 2024 by Apulian pizzaiolo Francesco Calò (back from Vienna) and his wife Chiara Maggio: an "enopizzeria" with under 50 seats, a high-bran 78% hydration dough and about 150 wines. Calò is 50 Top Pizza's Pizzaiolo of the Year 2026.
