In 2015 Tsuta became the first ramen shop to win a Michelin star (Time Out). It moved from Sugamo to Yoyogi-Uehara and reopened in 2023 after the death of founder Yuki Onishi. Order the truffle-scented shoyu soba with house-made noodles (Ramen Adventures).
