One hectare of more than 100 centuries-old olive trees in the middle of Chamartín, bought in 1917 by José Castillejo, who brought intellectuals like Menéndez Pidal and Dámaso Alonso to live among the trees. Today a private foundation keeps it, and in summer opens it for the Noches del Olivar classical concerts.
