Carlos Griffo and Miguel Ángel García met at Casa Marcial and have cooked here since 2019, a Bib Gourmand that Time Out called a lighthouse for Madrid's new casas de comidas. Expect a market-led menu with stews (verdinas with cockles, pisto) and escabeches; since 2025 it is more of a bistro.
