- Start with nigvziani badrijani, grilled aubergine rolled around spiced walnut paste with pomegranate seeds, and pkhali; then the chakapuli (lamb stewed in white wine and tarragon) or the tchkmeruli, poussin in a garlic cream sauce.
- Ask for an amber qvevri wine, made in buried clay jars.
- Khinkali dumplings are a Friday-night special at the original rue des Poissonniers address, not here (Sortir à Paris).
