Opened by the Souksavanh family, refugees from Laos, in the 1980s and now run by the three sons: a Belleville institution with a numbered menu mixing Laos, Thailand, China and Vietnam. Stick to the Lao specials marked S: crispy rice crackers with shrimp-pork curry dip, nam khao rice salad with fermented pork, lemongrass sausages and mou nam tok with sticky rice.
