Margot Lecarpentier's raw little bar with a steel counter and a planted ceiling brought serious cocktails to Belleville in 2017 and still leads the hill. Locals come for the Combat Margarita (tequila, chamomile, sake, dry curacao) and stay on the sloping terrace.
