The first Georgian natural-wine cave in Paris, opened in 2021 near Le Baratin by winemaker Nika Endeladze, who explains amber wines aged in buried amphorae and grapes like rkatsiteli and mtsvane. Georgian plates such as pkhali and khachapuri come with them.
