Makoto Saegusa of Menkicchi brought back the fatty, milky tonkotsu that Naritake fans missed, in a dark-wood mezzanine shop by Square Louvois. Take the rich miso tonkotsu with chashu, menma and half a seasoned egg; next door at no. 2, his ToriTori serves a chicken paitan instead.
