The Genoese house founded in 1939 by Zeffirino Belloni, the cook who made Ligurian pesto famous with Frank Sinatra, opened on Rue du Portier in 2024 with the Monaco-based Giraudi Group. MICHELIN says the Genoese pesto (basil, pine nuts, pecorino, Parmesan, olive oil, a hint of garlic) is made to perfection; pasta is rolled at an open station.
