Alain Passard's three-star table near the Musée Rodin, the restaurant that put vegetables at the centre of French haute cuisine, supplied from his own kitchen gardens in western France. Since summer 2025 the cooking is fully plant-based: no butter or cream, just garden produce, honey from his hives and sauces built from vegetables.
