Opened in 1864 by Frédéric Bofinger, said to be the first Alsatian to pour draught beer in Paris. Under the classified Art Nouveau glass roof the choucroute still arrives on a hot plate with three sausages (cumin, white, Strasbourg) and smoked belly.
