The Bouillon Pigalle team's second bouillon, opened in 2021 in the former Chez Jenny, the Alsatian brasserie whose carved wood panels survive. Classics at very low prices: oeuf mayo, leeks vinaigrette, onion soup with Cantal, sausage and mash, and a choucroute in homage to Jenny.
