Palestinian chef Ruba Khoury (ex-Yam'Tcha, Septime) opened this safe, inclusive cocktail bar in 2019, and the food is as good as the drinks: grilled whole artichoke with za'atar, confit lamb shoulder, barbecue kebab with tahini. She won Top Chef Middle East in 2026.
