At the foot of the Porta Nuova towers, the IYO group's second room serves classic kaiseki: MICHELIN singles out Iberian pork with leeks and negimiso sauce on a magnolia leaf. Behind it, IYO Omakase is a 6 to 8 seat counter where sushi master Masashi Suzuki serves nigiri to eat by hand; Gambero Rosso gave it its 2026 sake award.
