Two chefs in their twenties, Yann Botbol and Nathan Sebagh, cook between Tunis, Tel Aviv and Paris in a tiny green-fronted room with mirrors and whitewashed brick: seared langoustines with amba mayo in lettuce cups, a veal-tagine vol-au-vent, a vanilla-pecan cream puff. Le Fooding gave it its 2025 "best small luxury" prize.
